okidok.io uses artificial intelligence. This page explains where, what it can get wrong, and what that means for you. It is short on purpose.

Where AI is used

The composer on the landing page ("Ask okidok") is answered by a large language model, Claude by Anthropic, run through Amazon Bedrock inside the EU. When the model is unavailable or the daily budget is reached, the composer answers with pre-written replies instead, and the note under it says so.

Everything else on the page is a simulation that runs in your browser. The numbers, the people, the calendar, the payments and the Instagram inbox are invented. Nothing you do there sends an email, a message or a payment to anyone.

The answers can be wrong

A language model predicts text. It does not check facts, and it can state something wrong with full confidence. On this page it may misread the invented numbers, make up a detail that is not in them, misunderstand what you asked, or say it did something it did not do. We limit what it can see and do, and we filter its replies, but we cannot make it right every time.

Treat every answer as a demonstration of how the product feels, not as information you can rely on. Do not base a business, financial, legal, tax or health decision on anything the composer says.

What it cannot do

The composer can only change the demo in your own browser tab. It cannot reach your real accounts, your customers, your money or anyone else's data. It cannot send messages, book real calls, charge cards or issue refunds. Any action that would touch more than one person, or money, asks you first, and even a yes only changes the demo.

Our responsibility

We provide the composer as it is, as a preview of a product in development. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on its output. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under German law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under the Product Liability Act.

Content produced by the model is generated on request and is not reviewed by us before you see it. It does not represent our views, our advice or a statement about the product's final features or prices.

Your messages

We do not store the text you type into the composer. What we keep, and for how long, is described on the privacy page. Please do not enter personal data about yourself or other people; the composer does not need it and cannot use it.

If an answer was wrong, misleading or inappropriate, we want to know. Write to hello@okidok.io with what you asked and what you got back, and we will look at it.
